Motivation is what keeps you going every single day, the motivation is on a daily basis, what are you going to do in order to follow through on that spark, so you´ve lit the match, now what? It´s that daily motivation of wakening upp every morning saying, I wanna do it, I wanna be the best that I can be, because I wanna achieve the things that make me feel great.

It´s really the mind that builds your body, cause it´s the mind that makes you workout those hours a day, it´s the mind who visualise what the body will look like in the finish product and it´s in your mind where you will find the will to be the best that you can be.

No one will tell me who and what I am and can be.
I have the power, will and knowledge to be the best that I can be
and nobody can take that away from me.
